| 英文描述 | Cortical hyperostosis in man is characterized by rapidly developing soft tissue masses of the face and/or limbs, followed by development of subperiosteal new bone. A 22 month old West Highland White terrier had a 7 month history of bone pain with progressive proliferation of new bone on the limbs and pelvis. Persistent fever, moderate anemia and neutrophilia were present, and a diagnosis of cortical hyperostosis was made. Dx by radiography and histology. |
