| 英文描述 | Proliferative thrombovascular necrosis is an ulcerative disease of the pinnae of dogs. It is characterized histologically by arterioles that initially seem to proliferate and develop folds into the lumens. Sclerosis, hyalin degeneration and thrombosis follow, without signs of inflammatory vasculitis. Clinically the disease begins as an elongated necrotic ulcer at the apex margin of the ear. The lesion is slowly progressive and unresponsive to treatment. |
