| 英文描述 | Primary neoplasms of the exocrine pancreas include ductular and acinar cell adenocarcinoma. Tumors of the pancreatic islets cells are known as neuroendocrine tumors of the pancreas. Presenting signs usually relate to liver disease due to hepatic metastasis. Rarely present as acute or chronic pancreatitis. Metastasis to lungs is frequent and to the skin is rare. Dx is based on signs, examination, ultrosonography, radiology, and laparotomy or liver biopsy. |
