| 英文描述 | A dog was described which had a sudden onset of neurologic signs associated with a focal, midcervical transverse myelopathy secondary to an intramedullary hematoma. A myelogram showed an expansile lesion, and the hematoma in the spinal cord was found at surgery. An intramedullary microangioma was suspected as the cause. Dx at surgery. |
