| 英文描述 | Primary and metastatic neoplasia of the spleen is common in dogs. Hemangioma and hemangiosarcoma are most common, but there are also reports of non-endothelial tumors, including fibrosarcoma, leiomyosarcoma, undifferentiated sarcoma, liposarcoma, osteosarcoma, chondrosarcoma, myxosarcoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, and fibrous histiocytoma. Dx by palpation, radiography, ultrasound and exploratory surgery. Pseudotumor, a non-neoplastic reactive mass lesion, has been described in dogs. |
