| 英文描述 | A syndrome characterized by bilateral, multifocal renal cystadenocarcinomas and nodular dermatofibrosis occurs in German shepherd dogs. An similar syndrome was described in other breeds (White et al.). In addition, most affected females have multiple uterine leiomyomas. This syndrome is probably inherited as an autosomal dominant. The syndrome of cutaneous nevi in German Shepherds might be a subset of this syndrome. Dx by finding the cluster of clinical and pathologic findings. |
