| 英文描述 | Pituitary dwarfism is due to an absolute or relative lack of growth hormone. Affected dogs retain an infantile haircoat, dentition and genitalia, and fail to grow. There are secondary endocrine dysfunctions such as hypothyroidism and hypoadrenocorticism. Believed to be inherited as a simple autosomal recessive. |
