| 英文描述 | Intestinal pseudo-obstruction is a rare disorder characterized by the signs of intestinal obstruction with no identifiable lesion. The primary form is considered idiopathic, producing irreversible malabsorption and emaciation. Secondary forms may be transient or chronic, and prognosis depends on the underlying cause. Dx by signs, contrast radiology, laparotomy, biopsy, rule-out of other causes. |
