| 英文描述 | Serologic evidence shows most dogs have been exposed to canine ADENOVIRUS-1. Infection is usually through the oropharynx, leading to lymphatic infection followed by viremia and systemic infection. In the early stages there is albuminuria, and elevations of liver enzymes may be seen. Despite the fact that most dogs have been exposed, clinical infection is infrequently diagnosed. Jaundice is uncommon in uncomplicated infection. Dx by rise in titer or virus isolation. Neonatal mortality without other signs can be seen. Dogs recovering from adenoviral hepatitis sometimes develop corneal edema, the 'blue eye' syndrome; this can also follow vaccination. May be bilateral, and some affected animals remain blind. Secondary lesions such as uveitis, glaucoma, and secondary microphalmia can follow. |
