| 英文描述 | Phenylbutazone toxicosis causing agranulocytosis, anemia, thrombocytopenia, and leukopenia is rarely reported in the dog. Severe cases can cause death, but signs are reversible if treatment with the drug is stopped. Bone marrow examination shows pancytopenia. Dx by drug treatment history and rule-out of other causes. |
