| 英文描述 | Lesions consist of erythematous papules and pustules, hemorrhagic bullae and/or erythematous seborrheic plaques that appear on the abdomen and may spread to the lateral thorax and thoracolumbar areas. Pruritus is intense and nonresponsive to steroids. Often have a history of prior pyogenic disease. Concurrent disease such as seborrhea, hypothyroidism, or other hypersensities may be present. Dx by history, physical exam, intradermal skin testing and response to treatment. Lesions may become hyperpigmented. |
