| 英文描述 | A vitamin A-responsive dermatosis, similar to phrynoderma in man, has been reported in the dog. Presents as a medically refractive seborrheic skin disease, usually in Cocker Spaniels or Shar Peis. Ceruminous otitis is also present. Histopathology reveals a follicular hyperkeratosis characterized by plaques of thickened skin with comedo-like horny plugs. |
