| 中文描述 | 狗的角膜下帶膿胞之皮膚病是一種很少見,sterile,膿包的皮膚病,其病因目前還未知.猜測可能是角質層或顆粒層的產物(其可能為抗體-抗原結合物)對於是中性球有趨藥性的緣故.特徵為多變的搔癢症,廣義來說是多病灶的,皮肢溢般的膿包皮膚炎,會有變多和變少的過程.本質上膿包的出現是很短暫的.小型雪那瑞容易得此病.診斷藉由病症,病史,以及刪去法刪除其他不可能的病因. |

| 英文描述 | Subcorneal pustular dermatosis is a rare, sterile, pustular dermatosis of dogs of unknown etiology. It is suspected that a product of the stratum corneum or stratum granulosum (which may be an antibody-antigen complex) is a chemotactic factor for neutrophils. It is characterized by a variable pruritic, multifocal to generalized, pustular to seborrhea-like dermatosis that may have a waxing and waning course. Pustules are very transient in nature. Miniature Schnauzers may be predisposed. Dx by history, signs, rule-out of other causes. |
