| 英文描述 | Hyperestrogenism may be due to a functional sertoli cell tumor and cause bilaterally symmetric alopecia and feminization; estrogen-induced bone marrow aplasia has been reported as well. The neoplasm is often in a cryptorchid testicle, but may also be in a scrotal testicle. Middle-aged or old dogs are predisposed. Other male dogs may be attracted to the affected male. |
