| 英文描述 | A ureterocele is characterized by cystic dilation of the intravesicular submucosal portion of the distal ureter. The dilation bulges into the bladder, causing a 'cobra head' dilation on excretory urography or a negative filling defect in a cystogram. The diagnosis is confirmed at surgery. |
