| 英文描述 | Recurrent or chronic infections in dogs have been associated with low or undetectable levels of IgA antibodies. Respiratory signs, otitis, dermatitis, and diarrhea can occur. Mild and recurrent upper respiratory infections are common, but they are not usually life threatening. Several dogs have had episodes of convulsions. Dx by persistent low IgA levels in association with clinical signs. In some dogs no clinical signs were associated with low plasma IgA, as there was no concurrent decrease in local IgA. |
