| 英文描述 | Dogs developed clinical signs associated with portal hypertension in the absence of vascular causes or hepatic histopathologic changes consistent with severe diffuse hepatobiliary disease. On histology there were changes consistent with idiopathic noncirrhotic portal hypertension indistinguishable with those of dogs with surgically created portocaval anastomoses. Although the presentation of this disease resemble that of cirrhosis, the prognosis is generally more favorable. Portal hypertension due to fibrosis of the wall of the extrahepatic portal vein has been described. |
