| 中文描述 | 犬隻非細菌性的嗜酸性球性耳殼毛囊炎是一自發性、無季節之分的、感染時會雙邊都受到影響的皮膚炎。損害的範圍被限制在耳殼的地方，組織切片下可以發現有嗜依紅血球增多的現象，細菌、黴菌培養皆未發現，但是有全身或是局部性的腎上腺皮質類固醇反應。此疾病是慢性的，犬隻除了被感染的地方外，其他都是健康的。此類的耳殼毛囊炎是屬於局部感染的病症，受感染的犬隻耳道是正常的。 |
| 英文描述 | Canine sterile eosinophilic pinnal folliculitis is an idiopathic, nonseasonal, bilaterally symmetric dermatosis of dogs. Lesions are restricted to the pinnae, and there is tissue eosinophilia on histology, negative fungal and bacterial cultures, and a good response to systemic or topical glucocorticoids. The disease is chronic, but affected dogs are otherwise healthy. This may be a localized form of canine sterile eosinophilic pustulosis. The ear canal is normal in affected dogs. |
