| 英文描述 | Disorders of the puncta and canaliculi are often concurrent. Obstruction is common, and more frequent with the lower puncta or canaliculus, in association with inflammatory debris and foreign material such as plant awns and sand. A concurrent conjunctivitis is often present. Dx by exam, nasolacrimal flush, dacryocystorhinography. |
