| 英文描述 | A Dachshund was described which had a cystic obstruction of the nasolacrimal duct which caused swelling of the face and destruction of the adjacent maxilla without causing epiphora. Dx by injection of contrast material into the nasolacrimal duct (dacryocystorhinograph). The absence of fluorescein dye at the naris within 5 minutes of instillation into the eye indicates an obstruction of the duct. Cystic Rathke's clefts causing nasopharyngeal obstruction and a nasopharyngeal epidermal cyst have also been described (Ellison et al., Beck et al.). |
