| 英文描述 | This is a common benign neoplasm that arises from the epidermis between hair follicles. Usually seen in males less than 5 years of age. Solitary or (rarely) generalized, and the generalized form might have a hereditary basis. Breeds at risk include the Norwegian elkhound, Keeshond, Old English Sheepdog, Collie, and German Shepherd. Most common site is the dorsum. Dx by histopathology. |
