| 英文描述 | A progressive syndrome of waxing and waning signs of joint pain and fever has been seen in Akita dogs. Affected animals are usually young at presentation; onset is often between 9 weeks and 8 months of age. Laboratory findings that might be seen include: microcytic anemia; neurophilic leucocytosis; sterile inflammatory synovial fluid; sterile neutrophilic CSF pleocytosis; low positive antinuclear antibodies; and mild hyperglobulinemia. Radiography shows a non-erosive polyarthritis. This syndrome appears to be heritable. |
