| 英文描述 | An idiopathic syndrome of cor pulmonale was seen in a colony of Beagle dogs. Signs develop in about 1% of the young puppies, with 80% dying before 7 weeks of age. At necropsy there is medial hypertrophy of pulonary arteries and arterioles, fibrinoid necrosis of pulmonary arteries, and interstitial pneumonitis. Right ventricular free wall to left ventricle plus septum weight ratios are increased. |
