| 英文描述 | Beagle dogs were described which had a partially compensated, chronic hemolytic anemia without RBC enzyme deficiencies or hemoglobinopathy. Affected adult dogs had moderate anemia, with PCV ranging from 30-39%, reticulocyte indices of 2.3 to 9.9, and marrow erythroid hyperplasia. Polychromasia and nucleated RBC were detected but poikilocytosis was not. There may be periodic hemoglobinuria. The life span of RBC was shortened. Mating of anemic dogs produced affected offspring. The defect causing this disorder is unknown. |
