| 英文描述 | Rare. The trematode parasite HETEROBILHARZIA AMERICANA is reported in the dog as an uncommon cause of diarrhea and weight loss. In the U.S., it is most frequent in marshy areas of the south. Thickened loops of bowel may be palpable. Anemia, eosinophilia, hypoalbuminemia and occasionally hypergammaglobulinemia may be present. |
