| 英文描述 | A foal was described which had unilateral arthrogryposis of one hind limb, with hypoplasia of nerves, muscles and bones of the affected limb. At necropsy there was depletion of neuronal cell bodies supplying the limb and a diagnosis of neuromuscular arthrogryposis was made. The cause is unknown. A similar syndrome has been seen in pups and kittens; in some cases the primary defect may be in the muscle. |
