| 英文描述 | Bacterial leptomeningitis, granulomas, abscesses, and protozoal agents can affect the pontine and medullary areas of the brain stem, causing clinical signs, usually progressive. Dx by signs and necropsy. In some cases the pituitary gland develops an abscess, either as part of a general meningitis or as an isolated abscess. Ocular signs are secondary to facial weakness. |
