| 英文描述 | Pigmented epidermal nevus is characterized by multiple, scaly, sharply demarcated pigmented papules and plaques in Pugs and Miniature Schnauzers. On histology there is papillated or digitated epidermal hyperplasia and melanosis (Nagata et al.). A papillomavirus might be the cause of this condition, which resembles the rare human disease epidermodysplasia verruciformis, caused by a human papillomavirus (Nagata et al.). |
