| 中文描述 | 餵食代乳的薩摩犬容易引起白內障，同窩出生的狗餵食母乳則為正常。病原尚不清楚。可能是飲食中缺乏必須胺基酸，在狼缺乏精胺酸也會引起相同的症狀，輕微的不透明。在飲食中增加營養補充品則可以恢復。可由症狀疾飲食習慣診斷之。 |
| 英文描述 | Cataracts have been reported to develop in Samoyeds raised on a commercial milk replacer. Littermates raised on bitch's milk were normal. Etiology is unclear but may be related to dietary amino acid deficiencies. Arginine defiency reportedly causes similar problems in wolves. Opacities are mild. Regression of lesions with dietary supplementation has been predicted. Dx by signs, and dietary history. |
