| 英文描述 | A Samoyed puppy was described which developed severe tremor at 21 days of age and was unable to stand. The pup came from a kennel in which similar problems had been seen, but the breeding line has been lost and genetic studies are not reported. There was a tremor which became more severe with excitement but subsided with rest. If supported the pup walked with a dysmetric gait, and postural reactions were slow. There was no menace response and it was not possible to evaluate vision. Nystagmus was present. On histology there was a absence of myelin throughout the CNS. |
