| 英文描述 | Five related Miniature Poodles were described which had familial non- spherocytic hemolytic anemia affecting both males and females. There was a mean PCV of 15% and a 14% mean reticulocyte count. There was also laboratory evidence of factor XII deficiency and Von Willebrand's disease in these dogs, but there was no excessive bleeding. Three dogs developed recurrent punctate corneal ulcers, and one female had persistent anestrus. Dx by hemogram. The cause is unknown. |
