| 英文描述 | Two dogs were described which had peripheral lymphadenopathy which resembled that seen in lymphosarcoma. Examination of samples of lymph node showed needle-like refractile particles. The material was in macrophages, either free within the cytoplasm or in membrane-bound lysosomes. Mineral analysis showed they contained aluminosilicate, an agent which has caused lymphadenopathy in man. Neither the source nor the route of access to the nodes is known. The swelling is not painful. Dx by histology and mineral analysis. |
