| 中文描述 | 溶血性貧血與軟骨發育異常是阿拉斯家雪橇犬一種體染色體隱性遺傳的遺傳性疾病。貧血的症狀通常很輕微，罹病犬隻的血容比正常，但是紅血球內的血紅素減少，造成紅血球指數的改變。經由臨床症狀、檢驗紅血球指數、以及對年輕犬隻進行腕關節生長板放射線學檢查來做診斷。 |
| 英文描述 | In the Alaskan Malamute, hemolytic anemia and chondrodysplasia are inherited as an autosomal recessive. The anemia is mild, with a normal PCV but reduced hemoglobin content, resulting in altered RBC indices. Dx by signs, determination of RBC indices, or radiology of the carpal growth plate of young dogs. |
