| 英文描述 | Adult intact male dogs may develop an abnormality of the hair coat. Fluffy and crimped hair is common in this sundrome; sometimes dull and brittle. Dark hair might fade or become reddish or bronze. Symmetric alopecia of the rump, perineum, caudomedial thighs, ventral abdomen and thorax, and around the neck can develop. Diffuse skin hyperpigmentation occurs occasionally. Although the testes are normal on palpation, this condition responds to castration. Dx by ruling out other causes and regrowth of hair 2-3 months after castration. |
