| 英文描述 | Two male pups from a litter of six developed a 'bounce' in the hind limbs at 2 weeks of age. One pup was more severely affected. Signs were made worse with excitement and disappeared during sleep. The less severely affected pup recovered over a 16 week period. Histopathology on the more severely affected pup showed some areas of the CNS were hypomyelinated, especially the peripheral portions of the lateral columns of the spinal cord. |
