| 英文描述 | Congenital tremor, with signs developing at 10-12 days of age, has been reported as a sex-linked recessive trait in Springer Spaniel puppies. Although males are most commonly affected, females which are heterozygotes may show mild signs which may disappear by 1 month of age. The tremor disappears during rest or sleep but increases with excitement. It is difficult to tell, but is is likely that the affected pups have some vision. On histopathology there is a lack of myelin in the CNS. |
