| 英文描述 | The gracilis muscle is broad and flat, and is on the caudal portion of the medial surface of the thigh. Rupture of this muscle, at either the muscular origin or the tendinous insertion of either hind leg, is the most common major muscle injury of the hind limb in racing greyhounds (Eaton-Wells). With acute injury there will be ventral displacement of the origin or dorsal displacement of the insertion of the muscle. Swelling, subcutaneous hemorrhage and lameness become more prominent over the first 24 hours after the injury. |
