| 中文描述 | 在狗長期服用皮質糖類藥物會造成肝腫大和提高肝臟的酵素。肝臟切片會因糖原沉積症出現出水樣的變性，而且假如停止服用藥物的話其損傷是可逆的。犬隻是無症狀的，除了PU/PD和肝腫大。藉病史和生物切片做診斷。 |

| 英文描述 | Chronic administration of glucocorticoids can cause hepatomegaly and elevation of liver enzymes in dogs. Liver biopsy shows hydropic degeneration due to glycogenosis, and the lesions are reversible if the drug is stopped. Dogs are asymptomatic except for PU/PD and hepatomegaly. Dx by history and biopsy. |
