| 英文描述 | May be due to medicinal bolus, food or other object lodged in esophagus. Rarely due to external pressure on the esophagus due to abscess or tumor, stricture of the lumen secondary to trauma or congenital stricture. In complete obstruction a stomach tube cannot be passed, but in partial stricture it may be passed with resistance, and dx may require contrast radiography. |
