| 英文描述 | Ulcerative eosinophilic stomatitis without granuloma formation has been described in Cavalier King Charles Spaniel dogs. Lesion were on the soft palate, and did not appear to be associated with other clinical signs. Eight-month-old to 5-year-old dogs were affected. Dx confirmed by histopathological findings, includings a defect in the oral mucosa with infiltration of the submucosa by eosinophils. Sponaneous resolution, apparent response to corticosteroids, and partial resolution have been reported. |
