| 英文描述 | A young Cavalier King Charles Spaniel developed protrusion of the tongue. The tongue could be moved, but eating and drinking were difficult. A dimple remained on the tongue for more than 1 minute after percussion, and a myotonic discharge was recorded on EMG. At post mortem, there were histologic degenerative changes similar to those seen in myotonic myopathy. |
