| 英文描述 | Gordon Setter puppies developed clinical signs of neurologic disease at 3-4 weeks of age, which rapidly progressed to recumbency by 5-6 weeks of age. Breeders have referred to this as DUNGd. The cause of this condition is unknown and findings at necropsy are minimal, although there is swelling of astrocytes in the brain. Dx by exclusion of other diseases. Inherited as an autosomal recessive. |
