| 英文描述 | A family of Bull Mastiff dogs with lesions of the cerebellum and communicating hydrocephalus was described. In all cases but one signs were seen at 6-9 weeks of age. At necropsy there was cerebellar vacuolation, gliosis and axonal degeneration, and lesions in the cerebellar nuclei, lateral vestibular nucleus and caudal colliculus in addition to the hydrocephalus. Probably inherited as an autosomal recessive. Some animals showed compulsive behavior, such as bizarre movement patterns. |
