| 英文描述 | Smooth haired fox terriers and Jack Russell terriers can develop an inherited ataxia. Signs begin at from 2-6 months of age. Although the clinical signs seem to be those of cerebellar disease, histopathology shows dgeneration of dorsal spinocerebellar tracts in the cervical spinal cord and ventromedial columns of the thoracic cord. This is inherited as an autosomal recessive. |
