| 英文描述 | 'Spiking mortality' is a low-morbidity, high-mortality clinical syndrome which usually appears in broilers from 7 to 14 days of age. There is a sudden onset of greater than 1.0% daily mortality for at least 3 days. Signs include opisthotonos, recumbency, depression, and hypoglycemia; affected birds die within 2 to 6 hours, often in sternal recumbency with the neck and legs extended. Flock recovery is often rapid. |
