| 英文描述 | An acute, highly contagious, often subclinical disease of turkeys characterized by lesions in the liver and spleen. The virus can experimentally affect white Pekin ducks, chickens, pheasant, and coturnix quail. Lesions mainly in the liver and consist of focal gray, depressed areas. Pancreatic lesions are characterized by roughly circular gray-pink areas. Diagnosis is by lesions and isolation of the virus by inoculating ground liver suspension into chick embryos. |
