| 英文描述 | In May or June in Scotland, young starlings and house sparrows that were at the age to leave their nests developed a disease of the nervous system which was characterized by non-suppurative encephalitis at necropsy. Affected birds died or required culling. Although the histopathological appearance suggested a viral or protozoal cause, the etiology could not be determined. |
