| 英文描述 | This is the most frequent luxation of the dog, and is often due to trauma or predisposed to by hip dysplasia in both the dog and cat. Complete luxation often involves rupture of the ligamentum teres, and weaking or separation of the joint capsule. Luxation is usually dorso-cranial. Dx by signs, history, palpation, and radiology. Occurs occasionally in birds, usually in birds weighing more than 1 kg. |
