| 中文描述 | 在日本每3群的小雞中，大約有10%的機率會有雞冠壞死的現象，時間大約在35日齡開始，雞冠會有膨脹的現象。這壞死的雞冠最初是鮮紅的，然後慢慢變得略帶紫色，最後變成深帶藍色或黑色，在組織學上診斷有壞死的跡象。在這損害的雞冠上，可以分離出金黃色葡萄球菌和巴斯德桿菌屬 (Nakamura 等人)。 |
| 英文描述 | About 10% of chicks in three flocks in Japan developed comb necrosis starting at about 35 days of age. There was swelling; initially the combs were bright red, but then became purplish and eventually dark bluish or black and necrotic; there were signs of necrosis on histology. STAPHYLOCOCCUS AUREUS and PASTEURELLA spp. were isolated from comb lesions (Nakamura et al.). |
