| 英文描述 | A flock of geese developed a peracute disease with a death rate of almost 100%. At necropsy there were small button ulcers and large plaques overlying lymphocyte aggregates on the mucosa of the small intestine. There were small white foci of necrosis and focal hemorrhages in the livers. A herpesvirus was isolated, and the disease was reproduced in geese. The herpesvirus was not serologically identifiable as a known strain; Duck Virus Enteritis virus was ruled out. There was no evidence that the disease had spread beyond the farm of the initial outbreak. |
